About This Mod

The MM Modern House 123 is a modern residential build with a layered architectural design. Featuring clean lines, open terraces, and a spacious outdoor entertainment area, this Sims 4 house cc is a must-have. It has a deck with a central pool, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor layout ideal for showcasing modern furnishing styles. I love how the large windows and elevated platforms add depth to the structure. This house is built on a 40×30 lot and includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 floors, all fully furnished, with no CC required. It’s designed for players who enjoy contemporary builds with strong landscaping and detailed outdoor lounges. RELATED POST: 47+ Best Sims 4 Modern Houses For Enhanced Gameplay
