The Alcoholic Trait brings an immersive experience centered around nightlife and dependency in your virtual world. Sims with this trait crave drinks regularly and receive negative moodlets if they go too long without visiting a bar or nightclub. Once they finally have a drink, they’ll experience satisfying positive moodlets that ease their tension. Note that just being in these venues can make them happier. I’ve used this trait before to explore a darker narrative, and paired it with the Basemental Drugs mod. My goal was to create a Sim who was battling addiction, which was one of the inherited traits they got from their parents. Here’s a round list of the Sims 4 Realistic Mods I used for this save.
