This set also has six protein shakes that you can use with the blender. Each shake has its own buff and energetic mood, and if you drink before training, it will help you build muscle mass faster. Additionally, you can purchase the protein shake tins via the cookbook (optional), which, when opened, provides whey protein, an ingredient for making shakes.
