If you’re looking for something more unconventional, get this plus-size body preset. It experiments with exaggerated lower-body proportions, giving you heavily pumped hips and thighs paired with a more reduced bust. The result is a dramatic, fashion-forward silhouette with more visual weight in the lower half. I’d use this preset to create bold, statement Sims in CAS. Designed for female Sims. You’ll find four versions of this preset with slight variations in hip size and burst size. It’s undoubtedly one of the best Sims 4 plus size body presets for creating stylized proportions in CAS.
Follow these steps to install Pumped Hips & Thighs Body Preset on your Sims 4 game:

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
