Released in January 2026, the Run Errands Mod allows your Sims to leave the house and take care of everyday tasks through rabbit hole gameplay. Your Sims will actively “go out” to different locations like grocery stores, laundromats, malls, and beauty supply shops, to carry out different tasks like you would in real life. The interaction is accessed through your Sim’s phone under the Travel category, where you can choose “Run Errands” and select a location. After a short in-game time, a purchase menu pops up with items related to the place you visited, so you can shop for essentials like food, self-care products, or household items. This mod is a great way to simulate real-life routines without needing fully interactive lots. Just keep in mind that store hours matter: you can select a location at any time, but the errand won’t complete if the store is closed.
