Chronically Ill Trait is a personality trait designed for realistic chronic illness gameplay. This trait adds new moodlets, social interactions, and daily challenges inspired by living with a long-term health condition. For instance, your Sim becomes tired more quickly, experiences random pain, nausea, brain fog, and flare-ups, plus receives whims encouraging them to rest, nap, and take medicine. The trait also adds five unique social interactions for more immersive storytelling. Note that this mod received a complete overhaul, turning it into a personality trait instead of a reward trait. Disclaimer: The creator based this trait on their personal experience with mixed connective tissue disease and fibromyalgia. RELATED POST: 39+ Must-Have Sims 4 Traits for Your Sim’s Personality
