Prosthetic Leg Accessory is a below-the-knee prosthetic designed for realistic everyday gameplay and storytelling. Unlike full leg replacements, this accessory works like a sock, so you’ll have the freedom to pair it with shoes, tights, and a wide variety of outfits without limiting your styling options. The prosthetic leg comes in 20 swatches, including natural skin tones, bold patterns, and solid colors, plus separate left-leg, right-leg, and both-leg versions for even more customization. It works for male and female Sims from teen through elder, and is a versatile addition to any disability-focused CC collection.
