About This Mod
My BBL Journey (Post Op) is a custom content collection with post-operative clothing, poses, and medical-themed objects that recreate the recovery stage after a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). This is undoubtedly one of my favorite Sims 4 plastic surgery mods because it makes the entire process realistic. After surgery, you can dress your Sim in the appropriate clothing, such as fajas and other compression garments, for screenshots and storytelling. The collection includes compression garments, a surgery table edit, and themed poses that work well for machinimas, social media screenshots, and hospital roleplay. Pairing it with the creator’s pre-op collection creates a complete cosmetic surgery storyline from consultation to recovery.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install My BBL Journey on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.

Requirements
