About This Mod
Police Station Gotham is a dark, dramatic police department inspired by Gotham. As someone whose favorite superhero is Batman, I absolutely had to include this build in the list. The 40×30 station has a grand Gothic exterior with gargoyles, moody architecture, and detailed police interiors. You’ll find workstations, investigation spaces, offices, and plenty of areas for immersive detective gameplay. The lot costs 242,901 Simoleons and uses no CC. How to Install
Follow these steps to install Police Station Gotham on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
