About This Mod
Build 01 is an abandoned, overgrown two-story home on a 20 x 15 residential lot. It comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a driveway, an exterior-access cellar, and basic furnishings. This home is ideal for fixer-upper challenges or eerie storylines. The playtested build uses For Rent, Horse Ranch, and Vampires, with all custom content included. Place it with bb.moveobjects enabled and move the included tray and package files into their respective Sims 4 folders.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Build 01 on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
