About This Mod
The Airport Lot Trait by KiaraSims4Mods lets you turn a custom airport build into a dedicated airport venue. Add the trait to your chosen lot, and visiting Sims will receive a custom airport-related buff and gain access to new social interactions. Your Sims can chat about their travel plans while waiting for their imaginary flights. I recommend pairing this Sims 4 travel mod with the San Sequoia International Airport by Kiasims, which comes with check-in counters, security checkpoints, shops, restaurants, gates, and an airplane. Keep in mind, this mod doesn’t allow Sims to purchase plane tickets, board flights, or travel between worlds. It works best as a storytelling addition alongside a larger travel mod such as SimNation Travel.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Airport Lot Trait on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
