Also, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms gives you enough room for a full household plus guest rooms. This residential build sits on a 50×40 lot, and the creator recommends placing it on The Pinnacles in Del Sol Valley.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Artia No. 5 on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
