Suburban Realistic House is a cozy family home with a traditional design inspired by the type of house you’d see in a quiet residential neighborhood. The exterior combines wood siding, stone walls, a raised front porch, stairs, and plenty of greenery to make the property feel lived-in and realistic. The house comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a nice size for a small family, couple, or single-parent household. There’s also a spacious paved area at the front, outdoor seating, and a more private garden area surrounded by trees and plants. The home sits on a 30×20 lot and costs §98,532. It also uses no custom content, which is great if you want a complete family home without adding more CC to your Mods folder.
