If you want a calm and moody preset for your summer gameplay, get the Cozy Days Gshade Preset. It gives your screenshots a gentle haze with a dreamy, muted glow. This preset shines in outdoor shots, romantic storytelling, or casual gameplay that needs warmth and tranquility. I love using this particular gshade preset because it doesn’t hurt my eyes. It’s quite muted but still warm and soft. The beauty of this preset is that it runs smoothly on low-end PCs, so I highly recommend adding it to your 2025 gameplay.
Follow these steps to install Cozy Days GShade Preset on your Sims 4 game:
Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.
Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
