The MM Family House 39 is a spacious suburban build, perfectly suited for multi-generational gameplay. This lot is among my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for November. It’s set on a 30×30 lot, and features a charming exterior with layered roofing, wraparound porches, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The fully furnished 3-story layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing your Sims with ample space to grow, decorate, and move around comfortably. This lot uses no CC and has a medium polycount.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install MM Family House 39 on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
