About This Mod
I love giving my Sim’s more emotional range, and I use the New Emotional Traits pack for this. This Sims 4 traits pack contains nine personality traits designed to make Sims more eccentric and reactive. The traits are extreme versions of existing ones, giving your gameplay more nuanced moods and challenges. For example, Arrogant Sims are overly confident and thrive in Business, Politics, or Criminal careers, but may rub others the wrong way. Daydreamers feel deeply inspired yet struggle to concentrate. You’ll also find traits like Calm, Stoic, and Insecure, each shaping how your Sims interact with the world and with others. I love how this pack adds variety and storytelling depth to everyday life, giving you traits for restless party-goers, easily frightened Cowards, or perpetually cheerful (and unsettling) Perky Sims.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install New Emotional Traits on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
