Build CC is the half of the Sims 4 custom content scene that never shows up in a CAS screenshot. It is the sofa, the shelf above it, the rug under the coffee table and the lamp that stops a living room looking like a furniture showroom at closing time. Base-game Buy mode covers the basics; it does not cover the room you actually had in mind when you started the build.
This page is every build and buy find in our catalog in one grid — 2,207 of them as of today. Furniture is the bulk at 1,149: full bedroom, living room, dining and kitchen sets, plus the single statement pieces like bunk beds, TV beds and desk nooks. Decor is 672 more, and then the finishing layer: 192 clutter packs, 68 plants, 42 rugs, 33 wall art sets, 26 lighting sets and 25 pieces of pet furniture. 1,912 of them are free.
The names that come up most are the ones who build whole rooms rather than single objects — Severinka, SIMcredible!, Syboulette, Soloriya and Ravasheen — and their sets tend to sit near the top of the download counts because one download furnishes a room. Further down the grid are the one-off lamps, rugs and plants that the big roundup posts never get to.
If you already know what you are looking for, the narrower pages are faster: furniture, decor and clutter each have their own collection, and the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom pages are cut by room. Whole houses and lots are not in this grid — it holds the objects, not the builds.
Two practical notes. Big sets often ship in parts, so check the creator's page if a set looks incomplete. And functional objects can depend on a specific pack — read the requirements before you build a room around one.
Everything here is Sims 4 only, filtered to SFW, and checked for a working download link. Sort by downloads for the sets half the community already has installed, or scroll for the ones nobody has written up yet.
