Most Sims 4 custom content searches start broad and get specific fast. You want CC, then you want hair, then you want braids that work on a teen sim and don't clip through a hoodie. This page is the broad end of that: every CC find in our catalog in one grid, sorted by how often people actually download it. The category links above the grid take you to the narrow end.
There are 13,656 finds here as of today. Create-a-Sim is most of it — about 11,400 between hair (just over 2,000 on its own), full outfits, tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes, accessories and jewelry, makeup, skin overlays and details, tattoos, eyes, brows and lashes, body presets and poses. Build and buy is the other 2,200: furniture, decor, clutter, plants, rugs, wall art and lighting. 11,781 of them are free.
What is not here is gameplay. Script mods, careers, gameplay overhauls and whole-house lots live in the main finder; this grid is the stuff your sims wear and the stuff you put in their houses. Holiday finds are left out too, because that category mixes decorations with event mods, and the holiday and Halloween collections already sort them.
The names that come up most often are Madlen, Severinka, SIMcredible!, Syboulette, Mermalade, Dissia and Pralinesims — creators who release in sets, so one download tends to cover a whole outfit or a whole room. The top of the download counts is streetwear, braids and skin packs; scroll down and you reach the single releases the big roundup posts never get to.
Two practical notes. Check a creator's page for required packs and for multi-part sets before you download. And keep an eye on art style: alpha (realistic) and Maxis Match CC look out of place next to each other, so pick one per save.
Everything in this grid is Sims 4 only, filtered to SFW, and checked for a working download link.
