About This Mod
If you don’t want the hassle of combining several pieces to create a complete look, get the Jace Outfit. It contains a headband, shorts, and a graphic t-shirt that you can mix and match. I love the unique phrases on the graphic tee, especially the “BBL Sponsor” one. The headband also has a money accessory to add to the urban, bad-boy aesthetic. The only thing you need to add to this look is sneakers!
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Jace Outfit on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
