The base game has no piercings to speak of — a couple of packs added a nose stud and a few earrings, and that is the whole shelf. Every septum, snake bite and belly bar you see on a Gallery sim is custom content, and most of it is scattered across a dozen single-set creator releases that the big jewelry roundups mention once and move on from.

This collection is every piercing in our catalog in one grid: 100 sets, sorted by downloads, and every one of them says piercing (or septum, nose ring, nose stud, belly ring, lip ring, lip stud) in its own title. That last part is deliberate — a hoop earring or an ear cuff is jewelry, not a piercing, and those live on the jewelry page instead. Roughly a third of the grid is nose and septum work (diamond butterflies, stretched septums, captive beads, high-nostril sets), a quarter is belly and navel bars including the skin-matched "basic skins" versions, and the rest splits between lip studs, angel bites and snake bites, multi-slot ear sets, and the big all-in-one collections like Carly Piercings and the Piercing Ultimate Collection that cover a whole face at once.

Two practical notes. Most piercings occupy CAS accessory slots that other CC also wants — a septum and a pair of glasses can fight over the same slot, and the usual symptom is one of them vanishing in-game rather than an error. And belly piercings are usually skin overlays rather than accessories, so check the creator's page for which skin tones a set was painted for before you install it on a dark-skinned sim.
