About This Mod
Stretched Septum Piercings is a set of thicker septum rings designed to give your Sim a more bold, stretched look. The pieces sit heavier on the nose, so you’ll get a more noticeable piercing style. You’ll get four different versions: Each version comes with 5 swatches, along with custom thumbnails. During testing, I noticed the septums may clip with makeup and other accessories, so be careful when styling your Sim.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Stretched Septum Piercings on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
