Heels are the shoe category EA keeps getting wrong. The base game has a handful of pumps with a mesh that clips through flared trousers, a couple of strappy sandals, and nothing that looks like what people actually wear on a night out. That is why heels are one of the most downloaded kinds of Sims 4 CC, and also why they are hard to find: in a general shoes grid they sit between hundreds of sneakers, boots and slippers.

This collection is only heels: 118 pairs, sorted by downloads, and every one of them says heel, stiletto or pumps in its own title. That rule is deliberate. A dress whose description mentions "the perfect heels to go with it" is not a pair of shoes, and stiletto nails are a nail shape, so neither shows up here. About a fifth of the grid is heeled boots (knee-high, over-the-knee, ankle and cowboy-heel styles). There are a dozen platforms, eight wedges, and a run of Mary Janes, mules, peep-toes and strappy heeled sandals. The rest is classic stilettos and pumps.

Two practical notes. Heels are the shoes most likely to clip. An alpha-style stiletto rarely sits flat on a maxis-match body preset, and very high platforms can push a Sim's feet through the floor in some animations. Check the creator's page for which body or slider a pair was built on. And many of these are swatch-heavy single releases, so sort by downloads for the pairs everyone already has, then scroll for the finds the big roundups never mention.
