They’re closed-toe heels with a diamond heart accessory to add a touch of class to your Sim’s look. You’ll find the shoes in various denim washes, so you can create a complete denim look for your Sims.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Diamond Heart Denim Heels on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
