If you’re looking for a cheery and compact home to start your Sim’s solo journey, the Ignacio House is the ideal choice. This tiny home doesn’t have a traditional separate bedroom. Instead, there’s a Murphy bed in the main living space to maximize efficiency and space. This house also has a beautiful kitchen, a full bathroom, and a wide backyard left empty for you to personalize. It’s built on a 30×20 lot in Brindleton Bay and uses 42 tiles. If you want to live a low-key lifestyle and embrace comfort culture, this is the perfect home. Please check out our article on Sims 4 Outdoor Furniture CC to get more ideas on how to style your Sim’s backyard.
