I’ve used a good chunk of their cc to make my lookbooks, so I had to include them on this list of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July. The Airhead Tattoo is a large, detailed skull surrounded by splattered ink and surreal patterns. This design wraps around the left leg and comes in 10 colors and 5 shades of black. It’s available for all Sims from teen to elder, and works across all genders. The tattoo is HQ compatible, comes with a custom thumbnail, and is disallowed for random. If you want to give your Sim that edgy and punk rock look, you need to download this.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Airhead Tattoo on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
