About This Mod

The Summer Beach Cottage is a charming seaside home with a tiny private beach, a white-and-pastel aesthetic, and relaxing wraparound porches. The interior features a kitchen, dining area, living room, two bathrooms, and a bedroom, as well as terraces and a balcony. This Sims 4 beach house cc is built on a 30×20 lot. It’s on San Sequoia’s Manzanita Terrace lot. If you have a small family of two and a pet, you need to get this Sims 4 beach house.
