I’ve got something here for Sims who aren’t afraid to be bold, bizarre, and a little bit terrifying. The Mother War Gas Mask is a warped accessory that stretches from the face down to the mid-section with a long, sculpted breathing tube and exaggerated filter details. This makes it look like something from a Dystopian Opera. The eyeholes are two round lenses that stare blankly. This is completed with straps wrapping around the head to keep the mask in place. You’ll find it in three shades, including black and white, so you can style it with any outfit. Note that the mask is not compatible with hats or most hairstyles, and your Sim’s nose might poke through. The mask is part of the creator’s “Welcome to the Black Parade collection.”
Follow these steps to install Mother War Gas Mask on your Sims 4 game:
Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.
Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
Platform
The Sims 4 (PC/Mac)
Pro tip: If a mod stops working after a game update, check the creator's page for an updated version. Broken mods can cause the game to behave unexpectedly.
