If your urban Sim lives in a high-rise apartment with a balcony, you need to decorate it with the right furniture and decorations for outdoor living. The Inside Out Dining is my go-to option. This sun-soaked collection comprises eight thoughtfully designed pieces, including a sleek dining table with matching chairs, a stylish bar counter with accompanying barstools, a ceiling lamp, and a statement ceiling lamp. Every piece comes in multiple shades to suit your Sim’s palette. Other than high-rise buildings, I suggest using this collection in beachfront homes, backyard patios, or open-plan spaces with a breezy layout. The creator was kind enough to leave a link to this set’s living room version under the recommended tab.
Follow these steps to install Inside Out Dining on your Sims 4 game:
Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.
Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
Platform
The Sims 4 (PC/Mac)
Pro tip: If a mod stops working after a game update, check the creator's page for an updated version. Broken mods can cause the game to behave unexpectedly.
