About This Mod

Sims 4 offers players multiple walking styles, but they’re all unrealistic and weird. For instance, no one walks while leaning so far back as they would lose their balance and fall. The Walk Normal mod overrides all the walking styles available in Sims 4 to ensure your Sim walks like a normal person. The Walk Normal Mod comes with multiple walking styles named after the default EA ones. For the mod to function properly, you must disable the rest of the walking styles and leave one enabled. Follow these instructions to install the mod properly.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Walk Normal on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.

Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
