If you want to cosplay a Zombie this Halloween, consider getting this sexy Zombie Nurse Dress. It comes in two versions: one with blood stains spattered all over and the other without. Note that the tights are part of the costume, so you don’t have to download them separately.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Zombie Nurse Dress on your Sims 4 game:
