About This Mod

Mortem Realistic Deaths is a mod that removes the Grim Reaper and replaces him with a medical examiner. When a Sim dies, the new NPC examines the body before taking it away in a body bag. In addition to the medical examiner, the mod changes the Sims 4 funeral system and how Sims moan the dead. The grieving family gets realistic interactions like planning the funeral and what happens to the dead body. If you want more real-life interactions, read our Sims 4 Realistic Mods. These add more realism to your gameplay.
