Here’s another mod to add realism to your game. It’s a pretty simple one. With this mod, your sim’s water will now break when they go into labor leaving a puddle below them. There are different variations of this pregnancy mod that will change the number of labor puddles that occur. The main version of this mod does include labor puddles for cats & dogs and for male sims.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Labor Puddles Mod on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
