However, if you don’t want everything that’s included in that mod because it is HUGE, LittleMsSam’s miscarriage mod is a great option. It’s a lot more in-depth than the Wonderful Whims miscarriage add-ons and allows you to customize how often miscarriages happen, the chance of infertility after a miscarriage, and the chance of death after a miscarriage. How to Install
Follow these steps to install Sims 4 Miscarriage Mod on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
