How adorable is this hair? When I styled my y2k sim, I had her hair bleach blonde in this style because that was VERY popular at the time. The bandana is actually an overlay so you can make it whatever color you would like to match your sim’s outfit. How cool!
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Rowan Sims 4 Y2K CC Hair on your Sims 4 game:
