About This Mod
Some of these give me total late 90s to early 2000s eyebrow vibes! (If you want more sims 4 cc from that time period then go HERE) The first 3 eyebrows that have more of an arch are specifically designed for female sims, but the rest are able to be used on either female or male sims! The downloads page also has 2 eye presets and a lipstick pack linked if you’re interested in getting the complete look. The eyebrows come in the original 18 EA color swatches.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Sims 4 90’s Eyebrows on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
