About This Mod

Want a mid-century home that reflects modern living? Get this MM Modern Classic build. It’s a fully furnished residential lot designed around warm woods, wide glass panels, and a crisp architectural layout. This gorgeous build is designed on a 40×30 lot size and costs 141,142 Simoleons. It comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving your Sim ample space to live. The lot uses no cc. I recommend pairing it with mid-century furniture or your favorite plant and lighting CC to enhance the warm, modern aesthetic.
