The Controlled Position CAS Tuning Mod gives you full control over your Sim’s position in Create-A-Sim across all categories. It disables automatic rotation when switching CC or swatches, so your Sim stays facing forward, backward, sideways, or at any angle you choose. This makes detailed CAS editing far smoother, especially when working with outfits, accessories, and custom content. The mod also includes custom fingernail and hand close-up positions (with separate poses for female and male Sims) and lets you control positioning using a mouse, keyboard, or gamepad, with automatic arrows fully disabled. It’s compatible with Stand Still in CAS, works on Mac, and supports children and toddlers with improved camera behavior depending on the version you install.
