The Controlled Position CAS Tuning Mod gives you full control over your Sim’s position in Create-A-Sim across all categories. It disables automatic rotation when switching CC or swatches, so your Sim stays facing forward, backward, sideways, or at any angle you choose. This makes detailed CAS editing far smoother, especially when working with outfits, accessories, and custom content. The mod also includes custom fingernail and hand close-up positions (with separate poses for female and male Sims) and lets you control positioning using a mouse, keyboard, or gamepad, with automatic arrows fully disabled. It’s compatible with Stand Still in CAS, works on Mac, and supports children and toddlers with improved camera behavior depending on the version you install. You’ll find two file versions available – install only one:

Gentle CAS Lighting by Northern Siberia Winds is by far one of my favorite Sims 4 lighting mods. It removes the dull gray filter from EA’s default lighting and replaces it with a softer glow and shadows. This makes your Sim’s skins and overlays look much smoother and more realistic. If you use alpha-style custom content and realistic skin overlays, use this lighting to showcase subtle details.

Natural 3D Eyelashes Collection is a large lash set for both male and female Sims. The collection includes: Each option comes in 60 swatches, combining two lash lengths, five lower-lash styles, and six colors. With such a wide variety of options, this undoutedly is a must-have. You can find the lashes in the Eyelashes category for teen and older Sims. Each style comes in two file versions: one conflicts with glasses and the other with hats, so choose the version based on the accessories you want your Sim to wear. Keep in mind, these eyelashes don’t work correctly with Laptop Mode because it disables the transparency effects needed to display them.

If you’re looking for the traditional AirPods, get these functional ones. This set replaces the functional headphones from The Sims 4 Fitness Stuff, so your Sims can listen to music using better-looking AirPods. The AirPods come in 9 colors, including white. You’ll need The Sims 4 Fitness Stuff for the functional version to work, and you can purchase the headphones through a computer. If you want the accessory-only version, it’s located in the piercing category in CAS.

Child Pose Pack is a conversion of three previous adult pose sets to give you 36 kid-friendly poses. The pack works both in CAS and in-game and uses the Glutton trait in CAS. This collection captures cheerful, energetic, and slightly shy expressions, helping child Sims look lively and full of personality. Note that the animations are adapted from adult poses, so some facial expressions may appear a little unusual in certain situations. Even so, the wide selection gives you enough options to create unique screenshots without repeating the same stance over and over.
