This fully furnished, single-story home includes one bedroom and one bathroom on a 20×15 lot. It costs 17,731 Simoleons. While originally built for Willow Creek, it can be placed on any 20×15 lot or larger without issues. Note that you’ll need a Seasons thermostat.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Only Blue Suburban Starter House on your Sims 4 game:
