Tiny Runch is a compact ranch-style starter home designed for tiny-living gameplay. With just 56 tiles, this fully furnished build comfortably houses up to three Sims, plus space for a horse. This makes it especially appealing for Horse Ranch–style storytelling and challenge saves. Important note: this build requires The Sims 4 Tiny Living Stuff Pack to work correctly. How to Install
Follow these steps to install Tiny Runch on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
