Xureila’s Twin Townhomes is a modern suburban duplex, ideal for residential rental use. Each unit has a spacious, multi-level layout with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft ready for customization. Since the interiors are unfurnished, you have full freedom to design each townhome with a unique style. You’ll get: Note that before placing this build, convert the lot into a Residential Rental so the townhomes function properly in-game.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Xureila’s Twin Townhomes on your Sims 4 game:
