If you’re looking for a sharp, fantasy-style ear shape, use the Ear Preset N7 by Suzue to replace your Sim’s base game ears. This preset features long, pointed ears that taper outward, which is ideal for creating elves, fae, or other occult-inspired Sims. The preset is available for all ages. It appears in the ear presets section in CAS, letting you quickly apply the shape without manually sculpting the ears.
