About This Mod

Base Game Addon, Part 3 is a massive build-and-buy expansion that upgrades several overlooked items in The Sims 4 base game. If you enjoy building detailed kitchens, outdoor spaces, or realistic homes, you need this pack. It offers more flexibility with extra swatches, functional conversions, and decorative additions, which is why I included it on this list of Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026. One of the biggest highlights is the addition of half-counters for every base game counter, so your kitchen layouts feel cleaner and more customizable. You’ll also get new wood swatches for all “HBD” style windows, alongside fully functional conversions of debug objects, including: The public release is scheduled for May 16th.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Base Game Addon, Part 3 on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.

Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
