We’re finally in May, and there’s already a ton of fresh CC and mods dropping from talented creators in the community. As usual, I’ve rounded up some of the best Sims 4 CC finds for May 2026, so you can give your mods folder a proper refresh with new and trendy content.

This list includes some of my current favorites, from hairstyles and clothing to furniture, clutter, and full-house builds. Just keep in mind that some newer releases may be under early access when first published, as creators allow supporters to access content before the public release.

Thankfully, most of these downloads usually become FREE within a month from the original release date.

Peter Parker Hair

This Peter Parker-inspired hairstyle brings the messy, youthful look from Marvel Rivals straight into your mods folder. You can use it to create casual everyday Sims, superhero-inspired characters, or stylish male frames.

The hair comes in 4 different versions with 24 swatches, giving you enough variety to match different aesthetics and outfits. It’s compatible with masculine and feminine frames, works for Sims from teen to elder, and supports hats, all LODs, and all maps for smoother gameplay. There’s also a merged version included, which makes installation easier if you prefer downloading everything at once.

The hair is currently available for early access until 05/16.

Kye hair

Download: Kye hair

Kye Hair is one of the cutest updos I’ve come across in May 2026. The top bun, paired with the two face-framing pieces, creates such a stunning silhouette on your Sim.

The hair comes in all 24 EA swatches and is fully base game compatible. It’s available for Sims from teens to elders and has a relatively manageable polycount of 15.3k polygons. This Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026 hairstyle is FREE to download.

Pearl Hair

Pearl Hair is a sleek and versatile updo with a polished everyday finish. The hairstyle pairs effortlessly with a range of aesthetics, from casual streetwear to elegant outfits. My favorite feature of this hairstyle is the cute curtain bangs, which frame the face beautifully.

You’ll find the hair in 2 versions, each including all 24 EA color swatches. It’s also hat-compatible and fully base game-compatible. The public release is scheduled for May 21, 2026, via the creator’s Patreon post.

CAMO – Lucio Dreads

For all my dreadheads, this one’s for you. It’s a loc’d style designed in 40 colors. There’s a plain version and an accessory version, so you can choose which fits your Sim’s style better.

Before using this hairstyle, please apply the hairbase in the tattoo category. Otherwise, the hair won’t look as neat and good in CAS. The hair is compatible with the base game and unisex. It’s also FREE to download.

Hillary Hairstyle

Does your Sim love working out? This fitness instructor-inspired hairstyle fits perfectly into their active lifestyle. The long, straight hair paired with a bandana creates a clean, athletic aesthetic.

It comes in an impressive 90 color options, including 40 vibrant unnatural swatches for more creative styling and bold CAS looks. The hairstyle also comes with a completely new mesh, smooth rigging, and all LODs for better visual quality during gameplay and screenshots. Since it’s base game compatible, you can easily add it to your mods folder without needing extra packs.

Midnight Sun Collection

Midnight Sun Collection is one of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026. The bold and colorful CC set lets you recreate trendy pop-star looks in your The Sims 4. Inspired by Zara Larsson, this collaboration between Joliebean, Crypticsim, and Dogsill has everything from vibrant outfits and statement makeup to stylish hairstyles for your Sims.

Joliebean’s part alone includes 8 pieces across 25 swatches, with custom thumbnails and base game compatibility. Keep in mind that the collection will be released publicly on June 6, so some parts may remain in early access until then.

Empire Gown Edit

This is an edit of the existing Empire Gown, offering a cleaner, more wearable version without the dramatic skirt cut. The elegant evening gown works for galas, weddings, royal-inspired gameplay, or luxury storytelling.

It comes in 12 swatches and includes two versions: one with sleeves and another sleeveless, both with a transparent skirt detail for a softer, more modern finish. This gown is base game compatible, works with all LODs and maps, and supports female Sims from teen to elder.

The public release is scheduled for June 2 through Patreon.

Pudding Set

Pudding Set is a soft and ultra-feminine clothing collection with cute pastel fashion pieces for the female frame. You’ll get a frilled skirt, a bow-detailed top, matching tights with ribbon accents, and a pastel-inspired dress.

The overall collection feels delicate and playful, and is perfect for soft-girl aesthetics, café dates, spring lookbooks, or wholesome storytelling gameplay. It’s base game compatible and works for female Sims from teen to elder. The set is currently in early access, with a public release planned for May 20th.

FOI – Suri Cardigan

Suri Cardigan is a soft, feminine piece with a delicate, high-fashion finish. The cropped cardigan features oversized rose details across the sleeves and bodice, creating a romantic aesthetic that works beautifully for coquette-inspired outfits, Valentine’s lookbooks, or stylish spring CAS screenshots.

This cardiagn is available in 13 swatches and is placed in the Top category, so you can pair it with skirts, jeans, or layered accessories. There’s also a matching Suri Cardigan Add-On in the Gloves category, allowing you to use the floral sleeve details separately for more outfit customization and styling flexibility.

CheerNo – Construction Collection Part III

I’ve honestly never come across anything like this in Sims 4, so I had to include it in this Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026 list. Inspired by construction work, this set contains two items:

The Dirty One-Shoulder Top is a rugged, streetwear-inspired piece that gives your Sims a worn-in construction aesthetic. The asymmetrical design and distressed detailing create a gritty industrial vibe. Use this for mechanic Sims, warehouse-inspired outfits, post-apocalyptic storytelling, or bold urban fashion looks.
The Tools Belt is a wearable accessory packed with construction tools that adds extra realism and personality to your Sim’s outfit. It’s one of those small details that completely transform the overall look, especially in close-up CAS screenshots or storytelling gameplay.

The top comes in 14 swatches and pairs with the matching Tools Belt accessory, which includes 16 swatches in the Bracelet category. Both pieces belong to the CheerNo Construction Collection.

Makeup & Accessories

IMF Ryan Eyeshadow

Ryan Eyeshadow N.429 is a subtle smoky-eye look with an edgy alternative aesthetic. The dark shading works especially well for goth Sims, grunge-inspired outfits, nightlife storytelling, or high-fashion CAS screenshots.

The set includes 8 different color variations, ranging from darker neutral tones to more vibrant purple and blue shades. I love using this eyeshadow on my Sims because it’s pigmented and translates well in CAS and live mode.

GML’s Half Face Halloween Makeup, Face Paint

I know Halloween is still far off, but it doesn’t hurt to start compiling your CC early for spooky season in The Sims 4. This particular makeup set contains dramatic face paint you can use to give your Sims bold, creepy looks for Halloween parties, occult gameplay, and horror-themed storytelling.

The entire set is FREE to download on The Sims Resource and is fully compatible with the base game.

Vitiligo Eyebrows by Venerian

Vitiligo Eyebrows are a highly detailed eyebrow set designed to give your Sims a more unique and realistic appearance. The vitiligo patterns help you create more diverse Sims with distinctive facial details that stand out beautifully in CAS.

Bag Collection 03

Bag Collection 03 is a FREE luxury-inspired accessory set, which is why I had to include it on this Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026 list. The set includes updated Birkin and Kelly-inspired bags with refreshed textures, expanded swatch selections, and both left- and right-hand placements for easier styling.

You’ll find Classic Birkin bags in gold and silver hardware editions with 120 swatches each, alongside Kelly Doll bags, standard Kelly bags, and Picnic Sellier Birkin variations. Every bag also comes in a decorative version, so you can add them to your luxury-themed builds.

The collection supports all LODs, comes with custom thumbnails, and is disabled for random Sims to keep townie outfits cleaner. There’s also a separate Blender version available for renders.

Careers – DNA Gold Earrings

The shoes come in 27 swatches, giving you multiple neutral, pastel, and darker tones to mix with different aesthetics and clothing styles. They’re placed in the wedges category and include all LODs, alongside base-game and HQ compatibility, for smoother gameplay and cleaner screenshots. The creator also designed them specifically for feminine frames and disabled them for random Sims to keep townie styling more consistent.

Shoes KP 1 7- Female

These are flat sandals with an ankle-wrap strap and oversized bow detailing across the front. Their feminine aesthetic works beautifully for vacation outfits, beachwear, resort fashion, or romantic everyday looks.

The sandals come in 14 swatches featuring both vibrant and neutral shades. The only downside to these shoes is their awkward fit, especially around the straps.

If you enjoy building detailed kitchens, outdoor spaces, or realistic homes, you need this pack. It offers more flexibility with extra swatches, functional conversions, and decorative additions, which is why I included it on this list of Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026.

One of the biggest highlights is the addition of half-counters for every base game counter, so your kitchen layouts feel cleaner and more customizable. You’ll also get new wood swatches for all “HBD” style windows, alongside fully functional conversions of debug objects, including:

Two fences with matching gates
An outdoor dining setup
And a concrete planter that actually supports gardening gameplay.

The public release is scheduled for May 16th.

Cafe Botanique – Exterior

This is the first release in the series, and it focuses entirely on the exterior storefront. You’ll find decorative awnings, benches, menu board mockups, carts, and multiple exterior signs available in both Simlish and English versions. The overall style is elegant, vintage, and botanical charm, making it perfect for cozy café builds, florist shops, or romantic town-center creations.
