About This Mod

This is another of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for May 2026. It’s a cozy waterfront build created for a 15×20 lot in Brindleton Bay. The two-story tavern features wooden decks, weathered textures, outdoor seating, fishing-themed décor, and plenty of clutter for a lived-in dockside look. The lot comes fully furnished and decorated with no custom content required. You’ll need TwistedMexi’s BBB and TOOL mods to place everything properly, and don’t forget to turn bb.moveobjects on before placing the build.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Dockside Tavern on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
