About This Mod
If your Sim is into boxing, get this pose pack. It’s designed for male Sims and has six solo poses and one all-in-one pose. These shots include jabs, defensive stances, powerful kicks, and a few resting moments between rounds. The movements look natural enough to create realistic training sessions inside a home gym, boxing club, or MMA facility. Note that most in-game punching bags should also work with these poses. To use them, place one teleporter in the middle of the punch bag facing outward, then assign the pose to your Sim. Since the poses use a modified male rig, male Sims will appear slightly taller than usual while posing.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Boxing Poses 01 on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
