About This Mod

If you’re looking for graceful fitness poses with a yoga or Pilates aesthetic, check out Mind and Body 2 cc. This set comes with 12 single poses designed around a gym ladder, including stretches, leg raises, inverted poses, handstands, and flexibility exercises that create elegant workout screenshots. I recommend using these Sims 4 gym poses for wellness studios, home gyms, fitness lookbooks, or athletic storytelling. Note that you’ll need the ATS4 gym ladder to recreate every pose as intended.
