Magnolia Grace Hospital is a realistic, fully functional medical center for the base game. It has multiple rooms, including emergency rooms, treatment areas, patient wards, staff spaces, and detailed medical departments spread across a spacious 50×50 lot. The welcoming entrance, ambulance bays, and modern architecture make this hospital feel like a busy community healthcare center. Note that this build uses no Custom Content, making installation quick and straightforward. I recommend using it for realistic medical roleplay, the Doctor career, or dramatic save file storylines. It also works beautifully with ReShade if you enjoy taking cinematic screenshots.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Magnolia Grace Hospital on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
