Imperial Hotel for Rent is one of my favorite Sims 4 hotel lots. The modern city hotel is perfect for business trips and long-term vacation gameplay. You’ll find five private apartments, a welcoming reception, a guest lounge, a small gym, a café, and a restaurant with bar service. I recommend placing this build in San Myshuno or another busy urban world where its contemporary design blends in naturally. Since this build uses no custom content, you can install it without extra downloads. Make sure your game is fully updated before placing the lot.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Imperial Hotel for Rent on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
