About This Mod

Pirate Bay Beach Area is the perfect pirate-inspired getaway with a massive docked ship, tropical scenery, hidden lounging areas, and a fully decorated beach setup. I love how the build uses pirate aesthetics and relaxing island vibes, making it ideal for treasure hunters, castaway Sims, or adventurous vacation saves. The two-story build has a bathroom and a bedroom, all occupying a 40×30 lot size. The lot comes fully furnished and decorated throughout, so you can place it directly into your save and start playing immediately. RELATED POST: 31+ Best Sims 4 Beach Houses to Download
